Usage for Stills:
Territories: North America (US, Canada, Mexico) and Brazil
Media & Term 12 months in-store/POS/POP, direct mail, collateral (e.g., fliers, cards, bag stuffers, and other printed pieces), PR and events, insertions in consumer/regional advertising, in signs/digital billboards on the exterior of the Sephora retail store in Times Square New York NY, OOH (including but not limited to barricades, billboards, mall placements for store openings, bus wraps, subway), and in all internet, digital, mobile, interactive or new media now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world, in any manner or format (including but not limited to static, streaming or downloadable formats and for paid, non-paid, sponsored or promoted placements), including but not limited to on or in the Licensed Parties’ websites (e.g. Sephora.com, Sephora.ca, Sephora.com.mx, Sephora.com.br, jcpenney.com, etc.), third party websites (e.g. Bustle, Refinery29, PopSugar, etc.), all social media platforms, electronic communications (including but not limited to emails, text messages, in app messaging, push notifications, etc.), applications for any media or platform (including but not limited to mobile, tablet and desktop Notes on usage: Usage begins on US start date of TBD· Usage has staggered start dates in each country. Usage ends in each country by 12 months from US start date
