Talent Rates & Usage Terms:
Non-SAG (Actor’s Union) Members –
Session Fee: SAG Scale rate of $783/day per SAG TV Commercial Contract*
Usage Fee: Usage buyout per the SAG “Real People” Waiver to apply to any non-SAG performers, as outlined below;
Buyout Fee: $2,500 + 20% agency fee if applicable
Buyout Usage: All Digital/Social (w/streaming), Industrial, Broadcast TV
Buyout Territory: North America + WW Digital
Buyout Term: 1 year
SAG Members –
Session Fee: SAG Scale rate of $783/day per SAG TV Commercial Contract*
Usage Fee: SAG Scale per SAG TV Commercial Contract*
Exclusivity (TV): Feminine Care Products
Usage: Intends to obtain all rights provided in the SAG Commercial Standard Employment TV Contract including the applicable SAG WAIVER for “Real People”.
